PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Visa and Master card. Please note that we will need the "V" code from the back of your credit card. This is the last 3 digits located at the end of the signature box on the back of your card. Credit card processors have added this process for your protection and it is required to process your payment for mail orders. Please have this number ready when phoning in orders.

MINIMUMS:
There is a $25 merchandise minimum for all orders, excluding sales tax (if applicable) and shipping.

SALES TAX:
All Wisconsin orders are subject to 5.6% sales tax, unless you have registered a WI Resale number with us.

RETURNS:
All sales are final - there are no returns or exchanges. Knot Just Beads needs to be notified of any order discrepancies within 10 days of receipt of your order.

BACK ORDERS:
Due to the delays in getting out of stock items we do not have back orders.

SHIPPING:
We ship via UPS ground unless specified otherwise (UPS Next Day, 2day, 3day). We charge the ACTUAL shipping and insurance rates. We have no handling charges. We ship to current U.S. addresses.
