ALL MAIL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Use our secure online check out to pay by Master card, Visa, or Discover. We also offer check out via Paypal. Please note that we will need the "V" code from the back of your credit card. This is the last 3 digits located at the end of the signature box on the back of your card. Credit card processors have added this process for your protection and it is required to process your payment for mail orders.

MINIMUMS:
There is a $15 merchandise minimum for all orders, excluding sales tax (if applicable) and shipping.

SALES TAX:
All Wisconsin orders are subject to 5.6% sales tax, unless you have registered a WI Resale number with us.

RETURNS:
All sales are final - there are no returns or exchanges. Please notify Knot Just Beads of any order discrepancies within 10 days of receipt of your order.

BACK ORDERS:
Every effort is made to keep the website inventory numbers accurate. If an item does happen to be out of stock we will contact you regarding a substitute, back order, or refund. If a substitute or backorder is not available a credit will be processed to your card or paypal account.

SHIPPING:
All United State orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First class mail. We do not charge handling fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are based on weight of order. Shipping fees begin at $5.25. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, Monday - Friday. Weekends and Holidays excluded.

FOREIGN ORDERS:
Foreign orders are processed via Paypal and are shipped 1st Class Mail or Global Priority depending on weight of order. Global Priority offers limited tracking, 1st Class mail does not offer tracking.

Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with your order once it reaches its destination.
